Fantastic experience: The most accessible indoor courts in Sydney with a huge range and a consistent surface. Accessible and easy enough to navigate, with a water fountain and some beverages including coffee available. Bathrooms aren't terribly keen but serviceable. 2 outdoor courts also add to the mix. Parking in the complex is reasonably available during the day.
Negative experience: We booked in advance 3 courts close to each other so we can play together but because of the great policy says they can move our court if the business is losing money due to a half-hour gap now one of the courts is somewhere in the corner and we have to play separately, thank you, thank you so much.

At Indoor Padel, every booking comes with a guaranteed indoor court. To maximise court availability for all players, our allocation policy may require us to adjust specific court numbers. If playing side-by-side is especially important, we encourage guests to reach out in advance so we can do our best to arrange this for the full session.

Negative experience: Very Dissapointed with this Purchase I ordered the Volt Padel Bag from this website because the product photos clearly showed the bag in white, and the white version was displayed as part of the listing. However, I received a black bag instead. When I contacted the seller, they refused to reimburse the return shipping cost and insisted it was my fault for selecting the black option — even though the website layout was misleading and unclear. The customer service was unhelpful and took no responsibility for the confusing product presentation. Be very careful when ordering from this site, as what you see on the page might not be what you receive.

We’ve reviewed your order and can confirm the item and colour shipped matched the selection made at checkout. The product photo displayed the grey bag as an example of the range (grey and black colours). Grey was sold out at the time and wasn’t selectable, while the checkout clearly confirmed the black option before payment.
As this is a change-of-mind request for a clearance item, our policy doesn’t provide returns or store-paid return postage. That said, as a gesture of goodwill we’ve offered a refund once the item is returned in unused condition. Negative experience: The prices here are insane. They also list the price per player and not per court, to make it appear more fair. It's a 100 dollars to play for an hour, while you can play tennis for 30 dollars an hour. It's a fun sport but they are definitely overcharging, I won't be spending my money here.

To clarify, our rates are per player rather than per court, since padel is played as doubles. For casual players, the price is $28 per player per hour during peak times, or $18 per player per hour off-peak. For members, the rate is much lower — between $6 and $16 per player per hour. Many of our regulars find membership to be the best value.
While tennis and padel pricing can look different, it’s important to note that padel requires a purpose-built, fully indoor facility that operates 365 days a year, 15 hours a day. This ensures players enjoy a consistent experience, unaffected by weather or limited daylight — something unique in racquet sports.

Negative experience: I really enjoy playing at this facility, but there are several areas that need improvement. The space between courts is very narrow, which makes it uncomfortable and sometimes unsafe. Prices are extremely high, compared to anywhere in the world where the average per person is not more than 20€ (I know because I have played pretty much in all the continents) and were recently increased again, saying it was because of the devaluation of the Australian dollar and inflation, which affects everyone, and not only you. Even though money changes can affect businesses, the price increase feels too much because it was already too high. Since there are no other places like this in Australia, it seems unfair. It’s sad to see that making more money is more important than keeping things fair, please don’t tell me rent and power are too expensive and you aren’t making any money out of this because we know you guys are making loads, and we know you guys want to open more courts just to make more money. I hope the owners can make things better and help more people enjoy the sport and stop increasing the prices.

Regarding your comment about the space between courts: our facility is fully compliant with both Australian Standards and the official rules of the International Padel Federation (FIP). Given the indoor setup, it's true that out-of-cage play isn't possible — but within those limits, we’ve maximised safety and comfort to the best of what the building allows.
On pricing, we understand your concern. This is currently the only indoor facility in NSW, but there are outdoor options in Sydney if you're looking to explore alternatives. That said, Sydney has one of the highest real estate and operating costs in the world. When compared with cities like London, New York, or Paris, where padel is also growing in high-cost environments, our prices remain affordable — especially for members. As a member, you can play for as little as $6/hour per person (around €3.50/hour), which is significantly below global averages for similar venues.

Fantastic experience: Great indoor padel facility in Sydney close to the city centre. Here for a week with the family and great to get the chance to get the padel fix at this place. The admin group were very responsive and added me to the WhatsApp group to be able to join open matches.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service and zero understanding/sympathy for our circumstances. 48 hour cancellation policy. We called 40 hours prior to the booking because people fell ill and they were strict on not changing the date. These guys are solely focused on making money. I can't wait until someone else opens up a Padel place in this area. We will be driving up to North Ryde for their courts now.

Positive experience: Good courts, well lit and with automated management but the rental racquets are ultra low quality and not much different to an oversized table tennis raquet. Even for someone just starting to learn the sport i would highly recommend trying to borrow a real raquet

Negative experience: The coaches and facilities are excellent, but the front desk staff are consistently unhelpful and occasionally rude. This seems to be a widespread issue, which suggests a possible training/management problem. Every time I've called or emailed, I've had the same experience, feeling like a nuisance to them.

Negative experience: Not a fan of the Playtomic App and their cancellation policy. If you create an open match and no one else joins you will be charged anyway. Different from other courts where they will cancel for you if no one else joins. Very annoying that everything is outsourced to an app.

However, we would like to clarify that if you open a public match and are unable to find the required number of players, the Playtomic app will automatically cancel the match, ensuring that you are not charged.
In your case, the reservation was made as a private booking, which blocked the court from February 27th onwards, preventing others from booking. As such, our 48-hour cancellation policy applied, and per our terms and conditions, which were accepted at the time of booking, the reservation holder remains responsible for the payment.

Positive experience: Love this place and playing here. Awesome community. Rated 4 as there is not much airflow inside so it gets incredibly hot on the indoor courts during summer, even with the doors open.
Negative experience: I specifically booked Court 9 on February 5th, and my booking was confirmed without issue, as shown in the attached confirmation. However, upon arrival, my partner and I discovered that our booking had been changed to Court 4, without any prior notification. We intentionally booked Court 9 well in advance to be adjacent to the roller shutters for better airflow, as I have asthma. I have never experienced a situation where a confirmed booking—whether for a court or any other reservation unrelated to sports—was unilaterally changed. This is not standard practice and reflects poorly on the management of the facility. There is no justifiable reason for this change, regardless of any tournament or other circumstances. The court was available at the time of booking, and we should be treated equally to all other patrons. I expect an explanation for this issue and assurances that it will not happen again. Considering the high cost of booking a court at your facility, it is deeply concerning that you enforce a strict no-cancellation policy a day after the booking per the attachment, while simultaneously making unauthorized changes to confirmed bookings. The fact that customers are given no flexibility, yet the business reserves the right to alter bookings without ANY notice, is completely unacceptable. If we knew the change was made, we would have cancelled and not wasted our time. Not even an hour before the match, I received an email reminder confirming of our booking was still court 9 too. Ridiculous. I look forward to your prompt response.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that court preferences can be important to our players, and we always strive to balance individual requests with fair and efficient court usage for all.
As stated in our booking policy, which is accepted at the time of booking, the club reserves the right to adjust court allocations (keeping with indoor and outdoor conditions) to optimise availability and avoid unnecessary gaps, especially during peak hours. This policy ensures that more players have access to courts, rather than leaving some underutilised.
We also acknowledge that temperatures can rise during summer. If you find indoor conditions uncomfortable, we encourage you to book one of our outdoor courts in the evening, where you can enjoy fresh air and a more comfortable playing experience. If you have any specific health concerns, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Please note that Court 9's roller door is supposed to be shut at all times for safety reasons. If and when customers are opening that door, they are in breach of our safety procedures (as it opens the entrance to anyone on the street). All roller door movements are supposed to be dealt with by staff, and we kindly ask you to reach out if there is any specific request.

Fantastic experience: Nice place, great wet weather option to break a sweat! More exxy than tennis but it is reasonable when splitting btw four. You can hire racquets and balls on site. Lots of parking nearby, free parking when we went on a Sunday. A cross btw tennis and squash so quite easy to pick up.

Regarding the air con, we're sorry to hear you felt a bit uncomfortable. This was a decision we made, and while it might be a tad uncomfortable on a few hot days each year, most of our members and we ourselves reckon it's alright. We're sure you can understand that in today's world, using energy to cool down a 17,000 cubic meter warehouse for a max of 32 people working out a sweat is a bit hard to justify - especially when a lot of that energy still comes from coal power plants!
Fantastic experience: Good fun as a social. Not sure I'd really call it a sport though haha. 90 mins for $150 Inc ball and racquet hire 5 people.
Negative experience: The courts are nice but far too expensive compared to similar sports. They also greedily charge per-person rather than per-court. If you absolutely MUST play Padel, then play here. Otherwise, just play a similar sport nearby where you can hire a court for ~$30/hour (per-court, NOT per-person), rather than upwards of $100 per hour here.

Regarding parking, we are sorry that you struggled to find parking available. We do have 16 private bays for our customer's use but unfortunately, other people in the area tend to ignore that and use our spaces with no permission. We are in the process of adding chains and bollards to help frame the space and we will also be adding more parking signs to bring more awareness. Also, there is a pay and display lane at the back of the club in case you are not able to use ours. Negative experience: This used to be a great activity. Now they have upped the price to $150 for 1.5 hours. If you include ball and padel rental this is $50 per person. This is a disgrace. Why the massive price hike? Far too expensive to play regularly, and it takes too long to rent balls and padel. Cannot believe price hikes.

We assume you are wanting to play at peak hours (5:30pm to 8:30pm weekdays) - where the price for a casual player is $25 per hour per player. At standard hours, the price is $21, and at non-peak hours (e.g., 5am to 4pm on weekdays), the price is $17. For members - and you should become a member if you play more than once a week - the price is at most $14/hour (peak hours) and can be as low as $5 per player per hour. Rental racquets - a service we offer even when unstaffed - are $5 per player, and 3 balls can leased for $3 (or buy a tube at the vending machine on site).
Regarding the price increase, we did increase 2% per year since we opened in 2021. Much like anyone, we are exposed to inflation on rental, staff, energy, maintenance... we were able to manage our costs as tightly as possible to reduce the price increase to the minimum, way below the inflation we have all seen everywhere.
We hope you enjoyed playing and hope you can continue playing - this is an indoor facility open 365 days per year, 15 hours per day, and we pride ourselves from maintaining a great place for all players.

Negative experience: My friends and I went today, and no one from the crew was there, and our reservation was at 10 o'clock, and we were trying to rent the rackets, and the money was deducted from the visa, but the box did not open any racket, and we were late until 10:30. It was a nice experience, but we were very upset by the delay and the money deducted from the visa

As for the balls - we used to offer balls to play, but we decided to charge a symbolic fee ($3) because everyday we had to run around collecting the 30+ balls people would take and not return. This made our lives a bit easier - sorry it came across that way. Not our intention at all. You can always buy a tube of balls - always available at our vending machine.
